Coca-Cola Signs Agreement to Purchase FUZE

BENICIA, Calif. – March 2, 2007 – Two of InterHealth Nutraceuticals’ signature products are key ingredients in drinks produced by FUZE Beverage LLC., which will become part of The Coca-Cola Company.

Super CitriMax® and ChromeMate®, InterHealth ingredients that provide significant weight-loss benefits, are included in all six flavors of FUZE’s Slenderize drink. 

Super CitriMax is a patented best-selling weight-management ingredient.  Extracted from the South Asian fruit Garcinia cambogia, Super CitriMax contains standardized levels of  (–)-hydroxycitric acid (HCA) bound to calcium and potassium. It has been clinically shown to suppress appetite and inhibit fat production, without stimulating the central nervous system. More recently, researchers have shown that clinical strength doses of Super CitriMax are an even more powerful, all-natural diet aid for reducing or maintaining weight.

Under terms of an agreement announced February 1, 2007, Coca-Cola, the world's largest beverage maker, will buy juice and tea maker FUZE Beverage LLC for an undisclosed amount.  The agreement is subject to regulatory review and other conditions, but it is expected to close in the first quarter of this year.
