Open-label survey results suggest that Seditol® may support healthy sleep, relaxation and may help reduce fatigue. People participating in the open-label survey took 365 mg of Seditol® one hour before dinner for at least two weeks. At the end of the study, participants responded favorably to the questions concerning how "relaxed Seditol® made them feel," how "restful a sleep they had after taking Seditol®" and how "effective Seditol® was in helping to reduce fatigue due to lack of sleep."
Seditol® is Different from Synthetic Dietary Supplements Used for Sleep and Relaxation.
Preclinical research suggests that the Magnolia officinalis extract in Seditol® may interact with the central nervous center receptors for dopamine, serotonin and adenosine, which are associated with mood, anxiety and sleep. Although these results have not been confirmed in human clinical studies, they suggest how Seditol® may be different from other dietary supplements.
