10 Milligrams Undenatured Type II Collagen (UC-II™) Found More Beneficial than 1 Milligram
German scientists found that 10 mgs of undenatured type II collagen was more beneficial than 1 mg of
undenatured type II collagen. In the 10 mg group, seven patients showed at least a 20% improvement, compared with six in the 1 mg group and four in the placebo group. Four patients in the
undenatured type II collagen-treated group, but no patients in the placebo group, showed a very good response: two patients in the 10 mg collagen group and one in the 1 mg collagen group had improvement of at least 40%, and another patient in the 10 mg group had no tender or swollen joints at the end of the study
