Motivate Your Clients to Work Out at Home

For some clients, it’s not possible to make it to the gym multiple times each week. Working out at home is a great way to stick to a weight loss or fitness plan! Help your clients make strides toward their fitness goals by giving them helpful strategies to avoid distraction and get moving at home.

Having a designated workout space at home is the first strategy to having successful at-home workouts. Ask your client where they have adequate space to exercise. Would they rather work out after they drop their kids off at school? Help them find the best time to exercise and create a structured workout regime for them to follow.
