Banana Ice Cream not Dairy Ice Cream

Store-bought ice cream is packed with preservatives, sugar, and unhealthy fats. If your clients are in the mood for ice cream, remind them how to make delicious banana ice cream at home. It’s easy! Slice up two bananas. Set them in the freezer for at least two hours. Once they are frozen solid, drop the banana slices in your food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. There will be a stage where the bananas look chunky and dry, keep blending. Soon you’ll have a smooth texture! Add some dark chocolate chips, cinnamon, or a fruit medley on top for a filling dessert!


Sweet Potato Chips not Packaged Potato Chips

Packaged potato chips are loaded with unhealthy fats, preservatives, and they simply aren’t good for your body! Prepare sweet potato chips instead. They’ll be different in flavor, but they will fill you up faster, give you many needed nutrients, and can be seasoned however you like!

To prepare them, cut a sweet potato into very thin slices. Rub a baking sheet with olive oil. Place the sweet potato slices on the pan. Brush olive oil over the top of the slices. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in the oven at 400º for 15 minutes. Flip over the slices and bake to desired texture. Another 15 minutes will leave you with crispy sweet potato chips!
